You’re still doing the “them” statement. I know it’s hard when we get harassed a lot, but try to see at least one as a human and as an us. Or maybe it’s a split in our species. But we still have the capacity to care for other species in the world.

Can we have a worldwide no phone day. Should be possible soon with some increased solar flares. The world will still turn for us, but would completely grind the tech billionaires to a screeching halt. Think of all the ai energy we would save.

We would also save a fortune and they would go broke. We might actually talk to each other again. I’ve started leaving mine home a lot now. Can’t track me, not distracted, but lived without them in my early 20s and survived.

I’m sort of glad for the rental/affordability crisis actually. My kids are 18 and 20, and they will be living with me for a while yet, but they actually want to. In my gen X, we got the fuck out - my sister at 15 and me at 18.

But even by saying that, the negativity is out there already. It really is in the hands of each individual to raise it a level past doom and gloom into beauty, truth and love. But if enough of us do it, it will shift. Some of my posts are in the negative & it doesn’t help at all. Just attracts more.

There’s something about that… I’m in Aus, and every Saturday morning we get the news from your Friday. I have a better weekend when I just don’t touch the phone now or turn on the tv. Now, there’s an idea. How fucked would the oligarchs/trump be if we all threw away our phones and stopped watching.

They normalise a lot of bad behaviour, so it’s important for everyone else to NOT. I have a feeling after the events of the last week, it’s going to crack now. I don’t know why, but I feel a higher percentage of people have just had enough of the violence and hate. That’s what I’m putting out there

People normalised it. When I was 18 and it happened to me, my mother said - “it happens to all of us, get used to it”. Which is a fucking shocking thing to say. The me too movement really meant a lot to me, and was the start of something that will take a few gens to filter down. We will get there.

Some of us cut ties for good reason. I had a very toxic, manipulative mother, and I could see it in my aunties too. I cut ties as I didn’t want that toxicity to seep into my own kids. My sister didn’t, she became an alcoholic with the same sort of toxicity.

They are grappling to hang onto the toxicity. It will go, it has to for the planet to survive. When you get them by yourself, one on one, they are all just scared little boys that have never been held or loved. My ex husband mother never held him, a good man with integrity, but no emotion/empathy.

Not quite- from the outside looking in you have been pretty divided since around 2016. It’s just got worse and more violent and permeated to other parts of the planet. But we see it for what it is - manipulation and mostly fear driven by those that actually believe money is going to save them.

Balance. Not take over, but all of us could do better with the feminine in a very masculine world - both male and female. That beautiful nurture /caring / protective part of us. One answer - psilocybin through the water. Or go sit in the forest.
