Brexit has hit the economy by 4%. Surely the opportunities of youth mobility, and equal access would bring far far more benefits than the student fees question.

Yes! So it’s the right time to try and influence those talks. With the global order upended, growth currently an illusory dream, & businesses calling out to dismantle trade barriers with EU, having as close ties as possible seems the right answer to all those problems.
