I’m so incredibly fortunate to be in the position I’m in, but I’m furious and heartbroken for all of the people who are going through these layoffs.

Ugh, yeah. I’ve been at two companies that conducted layoffs, and yeah that’s a pretty spot on observation of the greedy people management decisions we’re seeing. I was spared from both layoffs but my coworkers (and friends) weren’t, which can be incredibly depressing!

Culinarily and euphemistically? Nah. Pataphysically, there IS that one immortal snail

Ugh, that fucking sucks. It feels like every place is either letting people go or in a hiring freeze 😢

In a better world, I would be slamming clam left, right and center instead of worrying about the economy/job market rn 😭
