Thankful I dodged a bullet but also I want to puke. I can think of a few spaces where he should not be given any power, platform, or voice, but I don't have tangible proof of this and am afraid I'll just look like a jilted ex.

The depression nest is nearly clean, I have my broken bed dismantled and my new bed frame assembled (I even managed to keep to headboard I loved from the old bed), and there is an ending in sight for Laundry Mountain.

Just got the email that I did not get a role, and immediately started thinking of all the things I'll be able to do with my free time. Yeah, I'm okay! On the whole a VERY positive experience.

I won't be upset either way. I had a great time and met some great people, and I'm excited that I got a callback from a production team I never met. Plus the show sounds unhinged in the best way and if I don't get in it that means I get to go SEE it. Win-win!

I thought my room was basically hopeless. It's been under a day and I have it well more than halfway done. I didn't take a before photo because holy hell nobody needs to see that, but I am starting to see a real living space.

Our dad didn't think he had anything available to leave us. I know it would make him happy that he organized more than he remembered. It's not a windfall, but for me it's more than enough for a down payment in my area.
