The extended Manousos sequence was superb and that you weren't sure if he was going to live made the ending more tense #Pluribus

I see Landman as a high end version of a Showtime show where the wife, son and daughter subplots are at the heart of it #Landman

Having a hedonist character is a nice touch... it makes sense why he'd be into this #Pluribus

I was looking for a comedy to watch and tried 2 Broke Girls... more fun than I expected! Also I'm love with both actresses #2BrokeGirls

Two other shows next week are Lena Headey and Gillian Anderson's western The Abandons and Spartacus: House of Ashur but I don't have high hopes for Netflix or Starz shows and the trailers seem full of caricatures

I was all set to pick The Hunt on Apple as my new show of the week but it was pulled due to plagiarism leaving me scrambling for a pick

This look for an office meeting killed me #AllsFair

#AllHerFault is trying hard to turn up the drama like other streaming domestic crime hits, but the writing/directing quality didn't get there for me

Odessa A'zion's charisma shines in #ILoveLA playing sexy crazy friend that makes Rachel Sennott's character feel insecure she makes her look ordinary. With a possible Supporting Actress nomination on the way for Marty Surpeme it's easy to see A'zion's name blowing up soon.

The first Pluribus episode has a thrillingly directed Invasion of the Body Snatchers-like sequence, while the second episode establishes the philosophical themes. I have already seen multiple discussions online about its take on individualism vs collectivism. #Pluribus

This was a hard week for the TV Owl new show of the week. I am one of the biggest Netflix haters there is but I simply could not talk myself into this Amazon show as the alternative. #Malice

I liked the horrifying car scene at the start of #ItWelcomeToDerry but I'm just not that interested in hearing these kids talk
November 5, 2025 at 11:07 PM
I'm down for a harder edged Emma Thompson and Ruth Wilson riding bike looking into crime. The bad guys scenes are funny but also take away the mystery, and it's one those shows where a main character is married to a jerk with no explanation why she's with him #DownCemeteryRoad

Not only did I mistakenly call it All Is Fair instead of #AllsFair, but I didn't give it enough credit as a show with potential. Ryan Murphy stacked the supporting cast with Sarah Paulson, Glenn Close, Naomi Watts, Teyana Taylor, Niecy Nash-Betts. Plus Hulu can pull off quality.
November 1, 2025 at 5:43 PM
I'm also hoping Tracy Morgan's #Crutch is one of those sneaky hits on Paramount+ since we need to keep the multi cam sitcom alive
November 1, 2025 at 5:15 PM
There is also a new miniseries #AllHerFault on Peacock with missing child plot and solid cast including Sarah Snook, Jake Lacy, Dakota Fanning, Abby Elliott
November 1, 2025 at 5:12 PM
There is also Rachel Sennott's #ILoveLA on HBO. I'm not sure I'll be the right demographic for this show, there are other weeks in November it would have been the pick.
