Yeah, because nothing like this ever happened in Europe, right? Germany? Italy? Spain? FYI, there ARE huge protests, but also military and police with machine guns and tanks and secret police snatching people off the street and sending them to South Sudan to disappear. People are scared.

Colorado doesn't have a lot of Baptists or classic Protestants like Episcopalians or Presbyterians, but we do have tons of "nondenominational" megachurches (actually Pentacostal or other evangelicals). I don't have data on this, but I'd bet good money they are rife with child abuse.

I wonder why Colorado (where I live) has high levels of education and low levels of poverty and teen pregnancy, but high levels of death from child abuse?
