If you can choose grass fed beef from small mixed farms. Use independent butchers. The quality of the produce will be excellent and the production system will be kinder to the environment. Back British Farmers. 🙂

It’s definitely mushroom 🍄🟫 season. Found this panther cap on the dog walk this morning. Never seen one before, they are well camouflaged on the woodland floor. Turns out this one is toxic so not going in a risotto any when soon.

Just got off the hot 🥵 bus at the park and ride at odd down. The defender has been absorbing and magnifying the suns rays for a few hours. I’ve just opened the door and basically have been confronted with the gates of hell and a fucking hot 🔥 seat.

Have they tamed down the formula for this mint shower gel. Its nowhere near as invigorating as it used to be on the undercarriage and hoop!

Just getting the cows in for milking and it’s seriously hot 🔥 out of the shade in the middle of the field. Seriously need some steady rain to get the grass growing again.

Magical sun rise this morning on Salisbury plain. I didn’t attend the celebration of Litha or ALBAN HEFIN at Stonehenge. Just me and the two dogs, sitting quietly on a hill. Perfect.

Mental Health Awareness week here in the UK. I’m a bit emotional tonight as I’m sat watching a beautiful sun set, listening to the birds evensong. Stress and depression didn’t allow me the time or ability to appreciate the simple things and the people around me that love me. I’m sad, I’ve lost time

I’m not religious in any shape or form but I have respect for people and their beliefs. Clearly Donald Trump has no empathy whatsoever and repeatedly confirms he is a CUNT. Surely the god loving/fearing MAGA supporters can agree that making this image was a massive dick move. Time to see the light!
