New menu update. Still gotta work on the stage select and movelist a bit, but it's coming along nicely and looks super clean.

On a more serious note: there are some pretty big updates recently. Speed of attacks is down to give hits a heavier feel, and Cyanide's teleport ability has had a few changes to make it feel better.
