El argumento de Uso Justo (Fair Use) para justificar la ingesta de data protegida por derechos de autor en el entrenamiento de modelos de IA se derrumba cuando se demuestra que dicho modelo, sus usos y resultados compiten y afectan negativamente a la obra original. 😏 ¿Les suena?

i just posted the the AI music blocklist for youtube that ive been working on the past month or so! it'll probably get outdated over time but its a start. i def see a LOT less AI music junk (and whats left has like 20 views). i used blocktube, for chrome & firefox github.com/amitbl/block...

While some seem to be using robotics, the majority are using DALL-E, Stable Diffusion AND midjourney. Does Christies know those last two companies are being sued by artists like myself for taking our works to build their models without our consent, credit or compensation? Shame on them!
