Yes, rationality. The fact that Registered Democrats outnumber Registered Republicans by 1.5 million voters in Texas but hold none of the Texas House, Senate,or Governorship says political power is maldistributed in Texas. The Republican Party machine in Texas is incredibly corrupt.
