Just reading the Bill of Attainder clause of the Constitution. ICE detentions appear to be a direct violation of the clause since people are being held/punished without trial. It seems that the Immigration Control Law itself is in violation of that clause since it appears to establish guilt w/o trl.

Maybe it's time to dust off the strategies and tactics used in the anti-Vietnam War protests for use against the Fascist Establishment and ICE. In the late 1960s-70s. Lots of brain power developed creative approaches to sensitize the public to the horror that was happening.

Suggestion for a new tactic. Everyone should get and wear an ICE costume daily.
