A refreshing discussion on questions that you ask yourself as a human:

* Free will (and determinism)
* Existence and meaning of reality

And what you once asked yourself as a Physics student
* What about the measurement device?
* What about equivalent formulations of the "same" reality
I have been part of a Podcast on physics, in particular philosophy and physics of quantum physics. There will be two episodes, and episode one is out now: open.spotify.com/episode/3pHv...

So exciting, looking forward to reading it.
New paper arxiv.org/abs/2503.19691 : How does strongly self-interacting dark matter affect neutron star properties?

If #DarkMatter exists, it does not interact strongly with other matter. But it may well do so with itself! In fact, indirect astrophysical observations could be interpreted this way.
Strongly Interacting Dark Matter admixed Neutron Stars
Dark matter may accumulate in neutron stars given its gravitational interaction and abundance. We investigate the modification of neutron star properties and confront them with the observations in the...

I have started reading my PhD thesis, after a long time and I am enjoying it. It was a colorful journey to study Lattice QCD thank you Axel! @axelmaas.bsky.social

I am travelling through the city that once was my home and I will write about it.
