Managed to finish my 27th parkrun and volunteer wise 84 so racking up more #volunteering credits than participation but that’s ok. Hoping to get back to it more regularly.

The budget was tabled yesterday for 🇨🇦 and as a public servant there could be a quick exit or a call to an election. At this point I’m not sure what will happen given there could be a no confidence vote. How I feel! 🙃

Well this was a bit of a wake up call when I went to put the USB dongle in and saw that it was missing the metal jacket. Oh it’s still in the laptop! 😳 I’d love a pair of needle nose pliers right about now and some gorilla glue 🫣

Last time we travelled in February we did not mask and we all got sick. Not COVID but not taking any chances these days. Fall weather, Flu, RSV who knows? We may be the only ones 😷

Last week I was in the middle of watching IPTV on @teksavvy.bsky.social and we lost our Internet. After a call to tech support and resetting the modem to factory it was offline until Friday mid-morning. 36 hours of zero internet. Oh and I’ve only been with them less than a month. #RogersSucks

Stittsville's parkrun (The “Ottawa-Carleton Trailway” parkrun) has been a huge success over the past year. Every week dozens of runners of all ages and abilities take part in a fun & supportive atmosphere. Congrats to the organizers & all the volunteers.

Took in another movie night and even though it was Cheapie Tuesday I paid extra for the Ultra for the picture and sound quality. Did it do Fantastic Four justice? I would say 50% only because the person I sat beside was shifting so much and hard to concentrate. Still enjoyed the movie. #movielovers
