We are lucky to have kept major wood areas in Germany. On a trip to an area close to the eastern border I met one of these ('Baummarder' in German, meaning tree marten).

The camera has to rotate, due to its gimbal mount geometry. There is a mechanism called de-rotation that makes sure that the image on the screen does NOT rotate when the camera rotates.
You can see that not just the object rotates, but also areas elsewhere in the image.

What I'm referring to are videos like this one where the person filming says "Uh, these drones!" and then we see a normal corporate jet fly over.

There are numerous NJ videos where the people filming are stating 'on camera' that they see drones - but the videos clearly show planes with landing lights on.
OTOH, I have found no video showing car-sized drones. All were consistent with planes or helicopters.

DHS and FBI have recently concluded that there are no drones. It's just normal airplanes that have been misidentified.

What the agencies mean is that these are normal airplanes.
There is no video that shows car-sized drones (which would be on ATC radar and disrupt the entire airport traffic - hasn't happened).
