A couple in the same vein, but where I'm probably wrong.

Was The Trolley Song originally The End of the Line?

Was American Pie originally The Day the Music Died?

Curious how this enjoyably peripheral, not to say frivolous, exchange follows a rather serious point made by the LCJ and reported by Joshua Rozenberg.

Genuine or scam?

True. It just happens to be the lowest rank in the peerage. Indeed I think there was a custom that no one below duke used their rank; an earl or below was simply Lord AB.

On the face of things, Musk has undermined his own platform and exposed users for expressing political and cultural views he has sympathized with in the past. Maybe he didn't expect this, but I remain to be convinced.

2/ Suppose a user expressed progressive views in their posts but more reactionary ones in their DMs. That would be hypocritical. Would it then be more transparent to publish the DMs? If the owner is very rich and outside Europe, how much does he have to fear from the GDPR?

1/ There's something fishy about the feature that doesn't readily square with the owner's previously expressed views. At one end of the scale X is accustoming users at a trivial level to having their personal data processed in unpredictable ways.

King David and King Solomon
Led merry, merry lives,
With many, many lady friends
And many, many wives.
But when old age came over them
With many, many qualms,
King Solomon wrote the Proverbs
And David wrote the Psalms.

There tends to be an over-optimistic estimation of treason in the strict sense. The United States is not at war with Russia. Only an expert in US criminal law could vouch this, but for Russia to be an "enemy" in the definition of treason, I think war or something not materially different is needed.

I think that is a little too much but other systems out there and no one says that betrays justice ? a defendent is still presume innocent and the crown still have to prove guilt beyond reasonable doubt
