There's definitely more examples but Dev himself was elected in multiple constituencies for the first Dáil

Dún na Gall - an chéad cheann ar chuala mé inniu; go dtí gur thosaigh na cloigíní bagartha ag bualadh.

Again, you can't let that hang. Details please!
(Yes, of course I can search - if I know such a thing may have occurred). I hadn't realised it had.

Because Ben Gilroy has been eliminated in three constituencies without hitting a quarter of the quota in any of them, he will lose all three of his deposits at a cost of €1,500 #GE24
Some more far-right eliminations since earlier:
- Lauralee Doyle (Irish People) in Dub Bay South
- Ben Gilroy (Liberty Republic) & Victoria Byrne (Irish Freedom Party) in Fingal East
- Cathy Lynch (Irish People) in Dún Laoghaire
- Jamie McGlue & Diarmaid O Conorain (both Inds) in Dub Bay North #GE24

You're only allowed be free if you agree with them.
Fortunately, we have again demonstrated that we don't.

Well, I can see that you can stand in more than one area, but there has to be an answer on being elected in more than one. Hmm. #GE24

So... You can't just hang that there. How was this handled? Was he deemed to vacate one seat when he was declared elected in a second LEA?

Took my opportunity not to vote for him in the European Elections earlier this year.

Is mar sin a deirtear é ('fine.. gurb focal Béarla é'), i Luimneach agus i gCiarraí Thuaidh.
