Lowkey love that because there were four new variables in play during this two day POTS/MCAS flare, the only way I can make sure it wasn’t the new medication is if I wait a couple weeks for my body to calm down and then try again in the *hopes* that my body doesn’t react violently again. No notes.

My Long COVID doctor does immune testing via Amerimmune every 6-9 months. My latest round seems to indicate, as the last one did, that my body is trying to fight something and my immune system is dysfunctional and exhausted (in my case, having a hard time making antibodies). Good times!

He’s currently the Ranking Member and was extremely thoughtful and understanding during the committee’s hearing on #LongCOVID earlier this year.

Some of the doctors that have done irreparable harm to folks with #MECFS are now pivoting and trying to put themselves forth as #LongCOVID experts and it’s very much giving this energy

Me reading about any new research that comes out on #LongCOVID. As a theater and French double major, my brain was simply not built for science. Like, I resent that I have to know what a megakaryocyte is.

My husband’s grandmother turns 90 this weekend. Can’t be there to celebrate because of my exciting untreatable chronic illness, but she’s a dancing machine and I wish I could boogie with her this weekend.

Shoutout to that one professor whose Russian literature course I didn’t take in college because he and I got into an argument about whether Gogol (or as his fellow Ukrainians call him Hohol) should be in a Russian literature class. Decolonize art!
