SCOTUS has temporarily blocked a ruling that said Texas’ new 2026 congressional map discriminates against Black and Hispanic voters.
The GOP-favored map is back in place for now while the court decides if Texas can use it in next year’s midterms.

Thought this was a tuft of cotton. Turned out to be a baby rabbit then - 2 black rabbits 1/2 a block away...they hopped to its side when I walked away.
