That’s pretty hyperbolized but you are describing private label products, which are important elements in driving down consumer costs and still have to compete with higher quality name brands. Do you think private label products like kirkland signature or amazon basics are inherently abusive?

The various Amazon suits. It’s a stretch to categorize Amazon as a monopoly, certainly to categorize it as one that harms consumers. The marketplace is a competitive advantage that they should be able to profit from to the extent they add value. It is actually trivial for consumers to shop elsewhere

Well the issue with Khan is she attempted to pursue a version of antitrust theory that wasn’t backed up by corporate law, but still pursued those cases she had no chance of winning. “Block all mergers”/“bigger is worse” binary thinking is bad policy.
