One problem with web tracking data that isn't talked about enough is that most panelists use two or more digital devices (computer, smartphone, tablet, etc) - but usually only one of these is being tracked.

This paper by @orioljbosch.bsky.social estimates the extent and effect of this bias.

New beginnings 🚨

Today I have joined the Leverhulme Centre for Demographic Science the University of Oxford as a Postdoctoral Researcher in Data Donation and Computational Methods.

I will be working within Melinda Mills' ERC Advanced Grant CHRONO. Let's revolutionise the way we collect data!

Last week I submitted my PhD thesis: "Challenging the Gold Standard: A Methodological Study of the Quality and Errors of Web Tracking Data."

Doing this PhD has been the best experience of my life, thanks to the amazing people at the Department o Methodology, at LSE.

4 years, what a ride!
