Workers won before the NLRB. Regardless of the attacks on our democratic institutions by oligarchs, when workers organize, we win.

It’s important to remember that even though the NLRB is closed during the shutdown, the National Labor Relations Act remains in place, and you still have legal rights as a worker.

Outside of the court, workers can organize together, with the community, and other labor allies to build pressure on their employer to win better conditions.
