My biggest regret about dropping out of academia when I did was that I never got the chance to apologize to the lady whom I offended by making an unkind remark about the facial features of known traitor, slaver, and all-around subhuman shitgibbon Alexander Hamilton Stephens.

Before I flamed out in 2021, I was experimenting with #Zettelkasten as a research/writing tool. Since I started easing back into the craft, I've been working on actually building one.

I just turned on my Kindle Scribe for the first time in a bit and found some cool new features. Now, not only can you write notes in the expandable margins, but if you write directly on the page, it will create a post-it note and wrap the text around it.
