AI is many things. A lot of valuable uses for machine learning of different sorts. Very few but some good uses for LLMs, but they are based on mass theft and at a horrendous environmental cost, and they + image generator AI are enabling a lot of awful things at massive scale. On balance? Not good.

In this “Information Age”, for trusted recipes we need to find actual cookbooks published before 2022 or so. What amazing advances these LLMs have brought us!
