I hate this idea that stepping outside of white narratives is medicinal rather than entertaining. And it's patronising to be sidelined from the creative awards, as though all our craft, design and ingenuity is secondary to our work "being good for you" or meaningful solely in identitarian terms.

I didn't enjoy the show this year. It had a weird tone and everything after that bizarre Street Fighter movie teaser just felt weird. There were some cool games, sure but the show itself felt wrong somehow.

Only Larian gets a pass.
