"The fact that we’re able to something so life changing is so wonderful. It does leave you with that feeling that this is what medicine is all about. This is why we went into health care, because we wanted to help as many people as possible."

The last piece of the puzzle for the patients is to be able to utilize their new implants and to get back on their feet again.

To be able to get out of bed, walk down the hallway to visit a friend, put on your own shoes; all the little things in life we take for granted, restored.

Brendon needed his right knee replaced but our team didn’t have the proper equipment to remove the existing hardware so we replaced the left instead.

Because of generous donors like you, we can return and give Brendon the knee he has waited for.

Just a week ago 58 patients had felt they had no hope, no mobility, and no future.

But because of our dedicated team of volunteers, our colleagues at Hospital Fructuoso, and your generous donations, they are on the road to recovery.

Thank you all for your support. Together we change lives!
