4+ is different from 5+. It's your assertion that spare bedrooms are really a thing for the majority of the country - we'd all love to demand a hobby room but most of us just make do with the dining room table or one corner of the extension if available.

To be fair, people misunderstanding government 'debt' and the finances of nation states is a problem going back decades.

ITV are desperate to sell up because their revenue from things like advertising has collapsed and they have shareholders to acquiesce too. I get entirely what you're saying, but the two things aren't directly connected.

You couldn't really play with a pure Phobos-based list as none of those troops are battle-line.
Also why would you feel silly about a business decision made in a decades time? GW don't go around wildly invalidating units as much as the memes would tell you.
