I enjoy seeing the tech but this go to market strategy is terrible and distracts businesses from far more realistic models.

Price is getting to be the worse way to drive value - too many low cost options from providers that have billions to burn.

Price will always be important, but how you connect to your customers and the community you create is the future for most eCommerce brands

Speed was never the need.

Certainty was - speed was just the easiest way to get there.

2025 is the first year where scheduled delivery start taking hold

It's true that cold chain logistics is on the rise, a major issue for delivery is the need for a customer to be home

Massive limitation.

If you have wild density, then you're good

Most people don't have it

Delivery needs a secure drop off without the customer being home to get max value

AI has a place in last mile. But like all things, you still have to know how to use the tools.

No one benefits from better estimates of bad performance baselines.

Once you know what you should be able to achieve, then load your rules to optimize.
