i think the best thing you can do for yourself as an artist if u feel youre not improving is to compare the art you did recently to like. art from a year ago. two years ago. because you WILL see the difference i prommy....

100%. Disregarding the employment aspects of it—what could someone possibly stand to gain by treating people like that? It makes me think of that one Roald Dahl page. It doesn't matter how beautiful your art is; if you treat others poorly, it leaves a bitter taste in EVERYONE's mouth.
