Graphic reading: Low Intensity open call for comics submissions. We're currently at work on a second issue of Low Intensity, the New Magazine of Comics from Northern Ireland*. We hope to showcase the work of new and returning contributors. Graphic reading: We're looking for 1-12 page comics, A4 (please include a 3mm outside bleed for any full-bleed pages) colour or black and white, single-author, complete pieces (ie not excerpts of longer work), content is entirely up to you. We cannot offer up-front payment but all artists whose submissions are chosen to be published will receive a share of profits from the sale of the issue in which their work is featured, in addition to contributor copies. Contributors also retain all rights to their submissions. If you'd like to contribute, please send your submission to localcolourcomics@gmail.com by August 1st 2025. If you have any questions in the meantime, get in touch by email.
