“四通桥勇士”彭立发被判刑九年，已秘密送往监狱服刑

根据“昨天”频道收到的可靠消息，在被秘密羁押两年多之后，“四通桥勇士”彭立发近日被中共法院以“寻衅滋事罪”与“纵火罪”数罪并罚，判处九年有期徒刑。彭已于两个月前被送入监狱服刑，外界此前一直无法确认他的安危与法律状况。

彭立发，网名“彭载舟”，1974年出生于黑龙江泰来。他因在2022年10月13日，于中共二十大召开前夕，在北京市海淀区四通桥上公开挂出反对习近平与清零政策的横幅，而成为全球瞩目的异议象征。

他高悬两幅横幅，内容分别为：“不要核酸要吃饭！不要封锁要自由！不要谎言要尊严！不要文革要改革！不要领袖要选票！不做奴才做公民！”

最大的数据泄露事件，暴露逾 40 亿条用户记录

这可能是中国历史上最大规模的信息暴露，据 Cybernews 报道，一个未设密码的数据库意外暴露于公网上，泄露了超过 40 亿条记录，总量达 631GB，涉及数亿中国用户的金融信息、微信与支付宝账户、身份证号、住址、通信记录等极度敏感的数据。

数据库包含至少 16 个数据集合，其中最大的一组“wechatid_db”含有超 8 亿条微信用户ID，其他集合还包括银行账户数据、三要素认证信息、地址定位、甚至于车辆、养老金相关的数据，几乎勾勒出一个人完整的画像。
