This is sickening. This does nothing to help anyone, does nothing to prevent harm of any kind from occurring, and causes profound harm to Americans, all while limiting our freedoms. It is dangerous, cruel, pointless, and unconstitutional.
In the U.S. you can no longer get a passport that matches your gender. It'll only be issued to match the sex you were assigned at birth.
So, a trans man with a beard will be expected to use women's ID. Intersex people will have to be identified by whatever a doctor decided when they were a baby.
