One of the things weirdly preventing me from Bluesky finally supplanting Twitter, is the overwhelming way the notif badge has an exact number of new posts I'm subscribed to. I don't need to know that. Just show me one to indicate there are some, like Twitter does

independent magazine, but I loved it over using game studio artwork like other magazines did.

For awhile it was a life goal to eventually illustrate one of those covers, but those dreams were dashed after the magazine's generic revamp, when it became PlayStation: The Official Magazine (2007–2012)

When I was an adolescent/young adult, PSM (PlayStation Magazine, 1997–2007), had all of their covers custom illustrated by contemporaneous comics artists, and would even include 3–4 process drawings on the intro/editor's page.
