We're six years into this decade and I still couldn't really tell you what the 2020s *is* as a decade. Other than just kind of sh*tty.

The Broadway community dragged Patti LuPone out to publicly apologize when she said disrespectful things in public interviews. SAG should be doing the same thing to Tarantino. But they won't.

This category has always been sort of a joke, but at least 25 years ago they were still nominating actual comedies like BEST IN SHOW, BRIDGET JONES'S DIARY and LEGALLY BLONDE. This really is a dark timeline we're living in.

Do I like some of Tarantino's films? Yeah. Would I be ok never hearing him in an interview ever again? Also yeah.

Concerning? Yeah. But the doomsday predictions are getting kind of boring. Hollywood has been spiraling for a few decades now, and this is just feels like the next step rather than some catastrophic major change.

You're telling me WELCOME TO DERRY is proving to be the soulless cash grab many of us thought it would be?

It's low-key kind of nice to see Tarantino finally getting called out for spewing immature garbage in interviews. It's not a new thing for him.

SCREAM 7 in February. THE COMEBACK Season 3 in March. I choose to believe happier times are ahead.

I've felt this way about multiple bloated films lately, including OPPEN-how-long-is-this-thing. But miniseries don't win Oscars so they don't care.
Jodie Foster Thinks Martin Scorsese's 'Killers Of The Flower Moon' Should Have Been An 8-Hour Streaming Series To Explore Events In Greater Depth
Jodie Foster believes that Martin Scorsese maybe should have turned 'Killers of the Flower Moon' into a 8-hour series over a feature film.

Happy 30th anniversary this month to Jodie Foster's cult classic #HomefortheHolidays! My favorite Thanksgiving movie that still doesn't get enough love. 🦃🍁

A reminder that Wicked: For Good isn't a 'sequel'. Both films are all the same story (i.e. Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Parts 1 & 2). People reviewing it like it's a true sequel with a largely self-contained narrative structure sort of miss the point.

Slept on this a couple years ago, but it's cute if unremarkable. I appreciate that it feels more aimed at people going through midlife crises than kids. I respect that.

The older I get, the less patience I have for boring movies. That doesn't necessarily mean 'bad' movies (some of those are quite fun). But I don't want to spend whatever time I have left on this Earth watching boring movies from any genre.

I love seeing movies ads like 'shooting for a 2029 release'. Have they seen the world lately? What makes them think society will not have collapsed by then? Get that sh*t out ASAP.

People who root for Sidney and Gale to die are gross to me.

Family movies & TV shows from the '80s and '90s are still entertaining as adults because they weren't written exclusively for 5 year olds to watch alone on their tablets/cellphones. They had to be enjoyable for the whole family while watching together on one of the few TV screens in the household.

Just now remembering that you used to be able to watch theatrical films in hotel rooms months before they showed up in video stores. Talk about a buried memory.

I didn't expect this Ed Gein MONSTER series to also be about the making of PSYCHO and TEXAS CHAINSAW MASSACRE. It's making me wish they had made a dedicated Anthony Perkins miniseries instead. This actor is pretty good, but his scenes feel random, scattered and sensationalistic (not Ryan Murphy!).
