Man I really want a blink style deck bc I love enters effects, but I feel blink decks are all the same :/ I haven’t found that speaks to me. Spider-UK seems hipster enough for me due to being uncommon, but the game play is still boring :/

Spider-man MTG diorama is decent. I’m not a fan of the really cheap easel that only holds the cards at the bottom. And, of course, the foil cards came pre curled. Overall, I’ll just displayed them better myself

Last the 4th deck to get 7 wins was a Sultai control deck. It was going to be blue/black control until I got Sin on P3P1. Again Sahagin was the MVP but combat tutorial is a card I wish I played more of in other drafts.

My third win was a decent red/blue deck that did the thing. Red/blue was easily the best color pair and, to me, it’s all bc of Sahagin. What an MVP.

The next time I got 7 wins was actually the next draft. I ran a super aggro green/white deck that was easily my favorite deck to pilot. It won 5 of the 7 games on turn 5 or 6 in a format that felt it could easily go to turn 11-13.

When I first started drafting the format I was drawn to black/white and after getting 5 to 6 wins a couple of times I thought I’d branch out. And that first time I drafted a red/green lands deck and it felt amazing to play. Being aggressive with Chocobos and removal.

Commander of the day on EDHREC is Jetmir with 9249 decks and is rank 128. He is consistently the problem and usually only cast once when the Jetmir player is gonna win! Never count out a Jetmir player! #magicthegathering #mtg #edh #edhrec

The more I play my Esper clue deck the more I am in love with Stridehanger. If you haven’t picked up a copy it’s still under 5 dollars. Since investigate X times means you investigate once, X times it gets around the “one or more” clause of Stridehanger. So you make thopters = to the number of clues

My playgroup just played our first “Epic Dragon Showdown™️” between these dragon commanders. It was fun and I thought Ur-Dragon had it in the bag until well known dragon Alexios came in started hitting for double damage! Firkraag won through cunning goading!

If you have not gotten your hands on a copy of this card for your decks, I highly recommend you do now while it’s still 5ish dollars! Any deck that even just making treasures wants this, and if you are a dedicated artifact token deck then you will be the threat :) cards.scryfall.io/large/front/...

If anyone has cool and unique enchantress/aura decks with blue in them please share! I am thinking of making my Bruna, Light of Alablaster again but instead of aura voltron, I make it aura group hug.

I haven’t played a vanguard yet but I’m leaning towards Thor.

I’m still amazed that this card is under 5 dollars. It is such a workhorse in any deck I run it in. Just think: ANY treasure that gets cracked is a +1/+1 counter on your creature. #MTG

I love this little dude so much. I originally put him in my dog deck bc he’s a good boy. But he has come in clutch so often. So many games I’ve returned a banger or an artifact or enchantment. And a majority of the time I’m getting my Urza’s saga back to hand. A truly good boy🐶 #magicthegathering
