You have to eat gluten for a month before you test, so if you go gluten free and get used to life like that, it’d suck to have to go back for a month.

Hello, I do! You won’t necessarily know, there are people that asymptomatic but have it, and it could also be that you’ve gotten used to being ratshit tired and bloated all the time so you won’t notice til you go gluten free. My advice is to test with the Doctor before you change your diet.
