Despite Jimmy Carter only serving one term as president in the 70's, a lot of what he helped create is still being felt today including the Departments of Education and Energy. He also appointed Ruth Bader Ginsburg to the federal bench. Much of his legacy also came after his time in office.

Are they drones? Are they planes? We went to northern New Jersey where almost everyone we talked to says they've seen a drone or knows someone who has. But the federal government is throwing cold water on some of those reports.
