Police are now updating their earlier accounts of the shooting, saying now there are two people dead. The suspect is also dead and multiple people are injured.

NYPD Commissioner just updated to say it was from the water bottle and KIND bar "near the scene," as she also said the shell casings "at the scene" matched the gun.
