My first 10k race today. Probably not the wisest decision choosing one with hills and trail but I did it and I got a decent time and a medal. I even think I enjoyed it. I definitely enjoy running downhill that’s for sure 🤣

#TeamRE last nights Freddie Flintoff ‘s field of Dreams had a wonderful section with a group of teenage cricketers supporting their Muslim teammate by fasting and visiting the Mosque with him in Calcutta. Powerful and moving.

#TeamRE I think there are two uses of ‘disciplinary literacy’, which may be conflated. although there are cross overs, are different.

1) literacy in RE - I.e. vocabulary in RE e.g. keywords like prayer, he we can use texts to help reading fluency, how language is used e.g story
