On my first trip to Norway and Holland, I discovered “Herring handle” or “Hollandse Nieuwe” for those inclined to wiki it.
These have been staples in my fridge ever since!
Then I took one of those DNA tests and found 3% Scandinavian and thought…it tracks 😝.

Super excited to have seen Stranger Things: The First Shadow with a visiting suitor☺️. The cast delivered an incredible performance, but it’s the stage theatrics that truly stole the show—jaw-dropping visuals, seamless transitions, and effects that make the Upside Down feel frighteningly real.
