Based on NIH Reporter, from 1/20-3/5 in 2024 and 2025, this is what it *should* be. Looks like ~50% rate of funding in 2025 relative to the same period in 2024 (noting that there's likely a lag with information being populated in reporter:

An update since last week -- showing total number of grants with NOAs and their corresponding dollar amounts in NIH Reporter in the 1/20/24-2/26/24 window vs. 1/20/25-2/26/25. Number of grants in 2025 window much smaller and massive proportions lower (Idaho had 2 in '24 and 3 in '25)
