A tech company that doesn't know what it's doing? Colour me shocked.

"limited public transport and ticketing knowledge" - seems pretty essential to me.

@marcdaalder.bsky.social please can you find someone who can tell us why these accounts are being blocked by the official newsroom.co.nz BlueSky account? Have we been naughty?

I said they should keep it and put the fees up $0.50/hr.

Clicked it a second time, and *now* it takes me to the right page. Have already chatted with Agent; will wait for their reply.

If nothing else, this will show them very firmly that the majority of Users will reject CoPilot and they need to rethink their plans.

If I'm ever in need of a wheelchair, can I please have one of these tracked ones in the garage, (along with a road going one)?

Let's talk about teeth. Specifically mercury amalgam.

Positive article in RNZ about removing it by 2034. Thought I would dig deeper - is AoNZ implementing a ban?

Apparently not. (We do have representation there.)

Any dentists on here want to explain why we're not?

And the government response?

Govt must be worried about the S&P credit downgrade for Councils borrowing for Local Water Done Well.

Trying to stop the dog from running headlong through the dog flap at full speed and then hitting her head when the door is covering it. Concussion or a broken neck are real concerns.

I have added stripes to the door so she can see.

Betty is a minuature dachshund with very little brain.

The other situation in the article is a doozy. I suspect the poor husband will not have a natural end to his life if he gets dementia.

One of my (least) favourite evaporating lanes, in Christchurch, New Zealand

Head south (down, in this screenshot) and force merge with traffic. No warning. Link in Alt Text.
