I'm proud so many love visiting Bath, but millions of tourists put real pressure on our city.
It's great the Government is giving mayors the power to introduce a tourist levy, which I had previously called for in Parliament.
But we must ensure the money raised benefits both residents and visitors.

I'm proud so many love visiting Bath, but millions of tourists put real pressure on our city.

Great to pop into the #ClimateHub in #Bath today- I was glad to help to get the space set up and it’s exciting to see how much this local network has grown in 1 year- keep going to share practical information and advice on ways to decarbonise our lives!
