The developer recently transferred the provider from Pozitive to OVO before handing responsibility for accounts over to us.
My meter still shows Pozitive on the screen - so guessing it may be something to do with different tariff rates not updating maybe?

My handover meter reading on my apartment was 03552.
I’ve registered my apartment with OVO and it turns out my meter is smart.
But it has self reported a peak reading of 1667 and off peak of 711.
Why is it so much lower? Does it use another source? Do I need to call them?
