No it is literally the campaign's job to get the key messages across to the voters they need.

It is not that they didn't listen, we failed to understand how people, especially those demographics that we lost ground with or failed to turn out actually received information. These messages were not hitting those platforms, how do I know? I actually have talked to people in those groups.

Again how many people of the voters we needed to reach were paying attention in August? We have the data we know that answer. How many in the key demographics that voted for the orange turd? I'd say google it

The President writes and enforces the laws
Congress masturbates
SCOTUS agrees with everything the President does for a fee

Again he has blanket immunity for official acts, the power grab was by SCOTUS before he was elected. This is why democracy was on the ballot and the turd who wanted to ruin it won so here we are. He doesn't have to follow the law, he doesn't have to listen to the courts.
