The CFR on revocation is pretty clear so the State Sept. would have to update the CFR which takes many months. The fact that we are a signatory to the ICAO makes it even more difficult. It seems like they won’t be able to revoke our passports for the near future.

There are federal regulations which govern revocation. They are in 22 CFR Part 51 Subpart E. At the very least they need to give written notice and describe appeal procedures. It wouldn’t be easy so people can worry a little less about it.

After reading Megyn Kelly and her defenders I definitely need a shower. But I have no expectation that it will wash the scum off.
