I know there's more to life than the scale and dress size but I am pretty uncomfortable in my body right now, the perimenopause weight gain hitting me hard. I also have an appt with my general doc to see what's up.

Ok so what is supposed to be done?

I live near a beach community that recently had a beached whale too & they dug up up a hole with a bulldozer and rolled the whale into it 🤯 A lot of people were saying that it might explode underground and the smell could get bad. I haven't smelled anything yet

I had 5 days off in a row and you better believe I spent a lot of it in bed or the couch resting in my PJs. Headaches seem to have subsided thankfully!
