Ultimately, Dems are resentful of their association with poor/black/brown voters and that's why they have sequestered themselves in the whitest, richest parts of the nation.

Repubs, have been happily chipping away everywhere else knowing Democrats won't interfere b/c this is their agreement.

And Democrats do not WANT to be in black strongholds.

That black people are necessary for them to win a POTUS election is a NUISANCE to them, not a boon.
