I’ve never heard Musk likened to a Tony Stark, more often heard about similarities to Bond villains. Elliot Carter in ‘Tomorrow never Dies’ was a billionaire that owned media and telecommunications resources and was after world domination.

I’m embarrassed to say I sometimes get a small sense of satisfaction after passing the same car multiple times— particularly when it’s one of those that treats the lights like a drag race.

Positive:
Innovative, first principals engineering, disrupt status quo

Negative:
Solution in search of a problem, brutality over subtle beauty, militarization of everyday life, ego made metal, innovation for innovations sake, tech-driven aesthetic, trolling everyone’s 3 year old’s car drawings.

I think there is some truth, but statistically I have to defend mediocrity— it is the average.

Perhaps:

“White supremacy is often fueled by insecurity about not being exceptional”

But maybe

“White supremacy is often fueled by insecurity about losing racial privilege and economic stability.”

I once attempted to match my ports on all my lights to be USB-C. But I tend to lose my lights and usually grab an available replacement.
