Looks like a fight with another cat ! Hope he'll be ok. It really does look nasty. When I got Leroy last he had been on a massive fight, he had a badly wounded tail and neck. He made a big fuss over the wounds and they wouldn't heal. I eventually got him to leave them alone, but yeah, cats eh? 🙄
