Yet another older Christmas project. I gave this to a friend for a gift as she was having a shit year with cancer. She said it reminded her of the Polar Express , so she sent me the blue ray as I hadn't seen the film! Loved this one.

Why does so much of the media pursue a 'Scotland is shit' reporting strategy? Because they support the Union and will do all they can to undermine your confidence in Scotland's ability to control its own destiny. It's a kind of bullying. Do you want to stay in a relationship with a bully?

So I created some ATC's (Artist Trading Cards). These ones are for a monthly art group swap and this months theme is 'Feet' !! Yeah I know .. it wasn't easy to come up with something a wee bit different to everyone else in the swap !
Artists trading cards. The theme for this set is 'Feet' (don't ask! ) They are collage consisting of off cuts of book text papers, some failed geliprints and some digital images of dinosaur foot prints. I added quotes to each one just to finish off. These are for a monthly swap I'm in with an art group.

Happy 'Gotcha' day to Leroy, the big black rescue cat. Can't believe he's been with us a whole year! He's a gentle soul, a real sweetheart and a very chilled out (and a wee bit spoiled). Adopted him from the SSPCA in Glasgow.
Sitting in his 'show off ' position. Head up , paws in front and tail wrapped round. This is his 'look at me pose' ! Showing off his.tartan bowtie . The look of absolute bliss while receiving chin scratches! Eyes closed and big smile on his face ! Fast asleep with his tongue sticking out!

So , I decided to try my hand at decorating some blank Christmas tree ornaments.... quite pleased with this.
Christmas tree ornament. Image is of a little bird surrounded by a seasonal wreath. The ornament is then decorated with texture paste to look like snow!

Sorry I've been a bit quiet these days, just not really had much h to say.
Anyway, I created this journaling card today.
An A6 size journaling card. Main image is a vintage image of a little boy sitting, I added diecut toadstools and a ticket which says "play" to make him look like he's sitting on those. Added some off cuts of fabric, lace , brown paper and sheet music.
